Vision

One way to promote the
automotive industry integrated
into the local economy.

At Mattia’s Garage, we don’t just showcase cars in a conventional way; we live and breathe a passion for automobiles, and we’re eager to share that passion with others. This shared enthusiasm forms the foundation of our community, bringing together like-minded individuals and our partner dealerships. By collaborating closely, we not only foster our mutual love for cars but also support the local economy—all without any financial burden.

Wo we are

Mattia’s Garage is the digital automotive magazine from Valais. More than that, it’s the brainchild of two friends who share a deep passion for cars. On one side, there’s Mattia, a business management graduate and current student in management and communication & media at the University of Fribourg. With a lifelong love for cars and experience as a karting enthusiast, he founded Mattia’s Garage to merge his passion for engines with his media and managerial skills, all while contributing to the economic fabric of Valais. On the other side, there’s Mattia, a medical student at the University of Lausanne, whose passion for cars blossomed alongside his childhood memories of Schumacher’s glory days and dreamy visits to prestigious car dealerships, while owning a Sports Cars driving diploma. Based in Sierre, Valais, both Mattias joined forces to create Mattia’s Garage

Our goal is our obsession

Mattia’s Garage was born in the fall of 2023, starting as an Instagram account and later expanding to TikTok and YouTube. Initially, we shared videos of the cars we tested—borrowed from friends, private individuals, and eventually dealerships eager to contribute to our passion for cars. While Mattia’s Garage is a simple company under the Swiss Code of Obligations, it operates as a nonprofit entity. We quickly expanded to written reviews and launched our website in early 2024. Today, with over 1300 followers, reaching an average of 10,000 people per post and nearly a million views, Mattia’s Garage has become the leading platform in French-speaking Switzerland.

Our vision of collaboration

Our vision is not to grow into a traditional media outlet. While we do partner with the marketing departments of imported brands in Switzerland, our primary focus is on collaborating with local dealerships. Your dealership is not just a sales point or a business—it’s also the heart of a passion that we believe is experienced through discovery, observation, experiences, and sharing, rather than mere ownership.
Our vision is a collaborative partnership between you, the dealerships, and us, the bloggers. You generously lend us vehicles for a few hours to conduct road tests and photoshoots for our magazine. In return, we highlight the loan, showcase the vehicle’s qualities, and encourage our community to visit you. You gain exposure to a new audience, while we leverage your vehicles to create our reports. You contribute to the development of an honest, local magazine, and we support the local automotive industry. Our payment for advertising is the loan of the vehicle; yours, for the loan, is the advertisement. This opportunity for mutual exchange and growth is also a new business model, in which neither party bears transaction costs. We’ve been doing this way with a selected number of dealerships, and it worked out brilliantly.

Our vision at Mattia’s Garage is not just about showcasing cars; it’s about cultivating a community built on a shared passion for automobiles. Through collaboration with local dealerships, we aim to celebrate and promote the love of cars in a way that goes beyond traditional media. By providing honest and insightful reviews, and by fostering connections between enthusiasts and dealerships, we’re not only supporting the local automotive industry but also creating a space where the joy of driving and the thrill of discovery can be shared by all. Together, we’re shaping the future of automotive culture—one collaboration, one road test, and one shared experience at a time.
